You did not write what medicine you are talking about. If you have Forxiga tagged with the question, please read on. Forxiga is a product containing dapagliflozin, which is used in patients with type 2 diabetes. Recently, however, the beneficial effect of flozin on the course of heart failure has been confirmed. From May 1, two drugs containing Flozins, including Forxiga, are reimbursed in the following indication: "Chronic heart failure in adult patients with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF≤40%) and persistent symptoms of the disease in class II-IV NYHA despite the use of ACEi-based therapy (or ARB/ARNi) and beta-blockers and if indicated mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists." If you are a patient with diabetes and/or heart failure, it is best to talk to your doctor about the possibility of using Forxiga, who can tell you how you see the possibility of including this medicine in your therapy. User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
