Can the composition of the drug Gynoflor, which contains hormones, be harmful and affect the menstrual cycle?

good morning, can the composition of gynoflor containing hormones be harmful and affect the menstrual cycle? I am very afraid of the harmful effects of artificial hormones and therefore my question, i.e. whether these tablets can deregulate the cycle or, for example, lead to cysts, etc.

Gynoflor are vaginal tablets containing lactobacilli producing, among others, lactic acid and the natural female sex hormone estriol. Estriol has a beneficial effect on the regeneration of the vaginal epithelium - the purpose of the product is to cause a local effect. According to the drug documentation: "Thanks to the low dose of estriol (0.03 mg), topical administration of the product and the limited length of treatment (6-12 days), there is no accumulation of estriol, and systemic estrogenic effect is very unlikely." There were no side effects that you mention related to the impact on the cycle or disorders of the work or structure of the ovaries.
