Can I use a cheaper equivalent of Diuver - Toradiur?

Good morning, the doctor prescribed me the drug Diuver 5mg, in the pharmacy the lady offered me a replacement for a cheaper drug Toradiur 5mg can I buy it or better this Diuver? I still wanted to ask if I can take Bilobil forte if I take Acard 75 and I have platelets under the upper limit of 408 G / L, Thank you

A cheaper replacement can be used.
