Ixel does not have a valid marketing authorisation in Poland and cannot be purchased at a pharmacy. The preparation also has no substitutes: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/milnacipran In pharmacies, however, you can buy other drugs from the same chemical group - SNRI.
