None of the above medicinal substances is currently available in Poland in out-of-hospital treatment. 1) Tranylcypromin - is a non-selective, irreversible MAO inhibitor, under the name 'Jatrosom' and 'Parnate' is available in the USA, UK and Canada. In Poland, preparations with tranylcypromin are not registered. 2) Phenelzine - phenelzine preparations are not registered in Poland. It is very rarely used in the treatment of depressive disorders in closed therapy. 3) Nefazodone - a drug developed in 1994 by Bristol-Myers Squibb. It was withdrawn in 2004 due to rare cases of severe liver damage. I encourage you to contact the attending physician, because he specializes in the treatment of difficulties in the area of psychological functioning and has full documentation about your health. Only a doctor can recommend the appropriate therapeutic treatment for you. I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/w-czym-moze-pomoc-ci-gdziepolek
