Good morning, during the administration of 2 series of the vaccine (4 doses), a child of 18 months fell ill with intestinal disease. The pediatrician ordered the vaccine to be discontinued. After what time to start administering the vaccine again? Should I finish the remaining doses of the 2nd series? Will this affect the effect of the vaccine?

Ideally, you should consult a doctor who recommended discontinuation of the drug. I think it is possible to continue the administration of 2 series after the symptoms of the disease have disappeared. Unfortunately, the impact of such treatment on the effectiveness of treatment has not been studied.
