How long after discontinuation of Broncho-Vaxom can I start giving it again? Will the break affect the effectiveness of the treatment?

Good morning, during the administration of 2 series of the vaccine (4 doses), a child of 18 months fell ill with intestinal disease. The pediatrician ordered the vaccine to be discontinued. After what time to start administering the vaccine again? Should I finish the remaining doses of the 2nd series? Will this affect the effect of the vaccine?

Ideally, you should consult a doctor who recommended discontinuation of the drug. I think it is possible to continue the administration of 2 series after the symptoms of the disease have disappeared. Unfortunately, the impact of such treatment on the effectiveness of treatment has not been studied. I enclose a leaflet: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/13939/broncho-vaxom-3-5-mg-kapsulki/ulotka and articles that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/wzmacnianie-odpornosci https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/witaminy-i-suplementy-na-odpornosc-u-dzieci
