This is the first time I've been using ginoring, with no prior hormonal contraception. If my cycle lasts longer than 28 days (a week or 2), should I put another one after 3 weeks until the moment of menstruation and then a new one again? So 2 per cycle?

No, you should not act in this way. Only the first disc should be applied on the day of menstruation - on the first day of the cycle. The disc should remain in the vagina for 3 weeks (regardless of how long your natural menstrual cycle lasts), then you should take a 7-day break for bleeding, after this time put on a new disc (even if the bleeding is still ongoing or, for example, did not appear during the 7-day break). When using the disc, there is no natural menstrual cycle, so you should not identify the observed bleeding with natural menstruation. The bleeding that occurs when wearing the disc is withdrawal bleeding, artificially induced - the disc inhibits ovulation, fertile days do not occur - that is, the natural cycle is disturbed. In order for the disc to work properly, it should remain in the vagina for 3 weeks - then you are protected both during these 3 weeks and during the 7-day break for bleeding. We write about how the disc works in detail here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/krazki-dopochwowe
