To @Olaa: Yes, the effectiveness is preserved.
So if several times while swallowing the tablet I drank it with tea or juice, the effectiveness is preserved?

Tablets should be washed down with water. Drinking juices, tea or alcohol during the treatment does not reduce the effectiveness of the tablet. Alcohol can have an effect if it causes vomiting or diarrhea: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
