Does a single passing of loose stool about 2 hours after taking the contraceptive pill affect its effectiveness?

Hello, if I take anti-Yasminelle tablets and let's say after taking it after about an hour or two diarrhea occurs and then I take stoperan and through stoperan diarrhea subsides, do I also have to take an additional tablet then?
