Even carrying out the entire course of treatment with the drug Pylera does not give 100% certainty - that is, not always after the end of the entire course of treatment it is possible to eliminate Helicobacter pylori from the gastric mucosa. Therefore, if you discontinued the drug due to poor tolerance, you should perform control tests after about 4 weeks from the end of therapy.
