Does a wound on the finger (a little dirty/with pus) affect the effectiveness of birth control pills? Do I have reason to worry that some bacteria may affect the effectiveness of the tablets? I decontaminate but I got dirty at work. I started to get anxious.

The wound formed on the skin will not affect the effectiveness of contraception. There is therefore no cause for concern. I recommend disinfecting the wound preferably with a liquid, e.g. Vinegar: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87829/octenisept-aerozol-aerozol/apteki?pvid=92894#internetowe I also recommend preparations that accelerate wound healing, e.g. - Help4Skin wound healing: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95838/help-4-skin-gojenie-ran-zel/apteki?pvid=240564#internetowe - Raniseptol wound spray: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/98376/raniseptol-spray-na-rany-aerozol/apteki?pvid=245479#internetowe I enclose studies that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-opatrzyc-rane-w-3-krokach https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji

And is the wound on the square when the blood is flowing, and unfortunately I was also at work and I didn't have a plaster, so if some impurities, bacteria get into this wound can affect it, does it have to do with the effectiveness of birth control pills?

They do not reduce the effectiveness of contraception, so they can be used when taking Atywia Daily tablets.
The wound decontamination products you have given do not affect the effectiveness of Atywia Daily contraceptive pills?
