Please continue to use the applied disc. The disc should be removed in 3 weeks (counting from the day of its application). If you want to "keep" the day of changing the disc - you can extend the use of the disc by 2 days in this cycle. (According to the manufacturer: "Although this is not a recommended course of action, if the Ginoring ring has been used for no more than 4 weeks, the contraceptive effectiveness is preserved.") Shortening the break does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the disc - protection will be preserved.
