If I am in the second package of contraceptive pills and my spotting disappeared and they were still somehow at the beginning of the package and now I have somewhere left with 10 pills, does it mean that the spotting has ended or maybe pregnancy has occurred?

You have not written what pills you use. Irregular spotting can be a hallmark of tablets or a type of side effect that disappears when the body gets used to taking hormones from the outside. Mid-cycle spotting during the first months of using two-component contraception is treated as a side effect - it does not affect the effectiveness of the tablets and is not used to confirm or exclude pregnancy. They often disappear spontaneously at the latest in the third cycle of tablet use. For one-component tablets, irregular spotting is a property of these preparations and a kind of inconvenience. If you use contraception correctly and systematically, the risk of pregnancy is low. In case of any doubts, you can take a pregnancy test: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/test-ciazowy
