Are vision problems and feeling like alcohol normal after Chlorprothixen?
Good morning, After taking 15mg before bedtime, I slept 12 hours with a tiny two breaks. From the morning I felt an increased discomfort. Driving a car is like being heavily drunk. Is this normal? Symptoms such as dizziness often accompany the initial period of treatment with Chlorprothixen. They usually pass in the first 2 weeks of treatment. When symptoms persist, you should give up driving and lead a more frugal lifestyle. If these symptoms persist after about a month of therapy, you should consult a doctor - you may need to modify the dosage of medicines. However, vision problems are not observed, so if the symptoms worsen - you should urgently see a doctor.
