Good evening. The dermatologist diagnosed me with okoloustne dermatitis after steroid ointment. He prescribed me Tetralysal 300mg, 2 times a day. At 20:30 I took the first tablet. It is currently 23:21 and I feel a very strong burning sensation on the skin of the eyelids, which also includes inflammation. It is you teach a kind of strong heat on the eyelids. Is this a normal reaction? Should I continue to take this medication?

It may be an allergic reaction to Tetralysal. If the symptoms do not go away or worsen and also cover other parts of the body - treatment should be stopped and consult a doctor. We write in detail about why side effects of drugs should be reported here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
