What should I do if I noticed that it was damaged while removing the Ginoring disc?

Today I should take out ginoring after 21 dishes, when removing it I noticed that it was cracked but it was not interrupted. I do not know when the damage occurred, it happened to me for the first time and I have been using the discs for almost 5 years. How does a damaged disc work? Has the effectiveness been maintained?

According to the manufacturer, in the event of damage to the disc, the protection could be reduced. Since in such a situation the risk of pregnancy is increased, the manufacturer recommends replacing the disc with a new one, using an additional form of contraception for 7 days from the date of damage and consulting a gynecologist. Because in your case it is not known when the disc was damaged - the more it is worth consulting a gynecologist. You can also take a home pregnancy test, which you will buy at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic
