Is it necessary to discontinue Escitalopram before gastroscopy?

Does Escitalopram Bluefish 10mg have to be discontinued before gastroscopy?? I ask because a few days before the gastrologist, the psychiatrist prescribed me escitalopram for obsessive-compulsive disorder once a day in the morning after a meal. Now I got a referral from a gastrologist to an endoscopic clinic for gastroscopy and I wonder whether to wait with taking the drug or take and not be afraid. I will add that I will do gastroscopy alive without any additional anesthesia :))
