Black cumin oil has the potential to increase the blood pressure lowering effect of Enalapril, but this effect is probably clinically insignificant. It is worth regularly measuring the pressure during the use of black cumin oil and if you observe a pressure drop or disturbing symptoms that may indicate too low pressure, discontinue the oil.
