Good morning, I have been taking saxenda for about 2 months. From the initial weight of 121kg I have lost 9kg so far. Initially, it seems to me that the effects were better, now it is about 30dag per week. Not without significance is also the fact that I have a lot of constipation, bowel movements occur once a week and after using dulcobis. Constipation probably led to cystitis. All in all, this is the most severe side effect, another is a gently itchy rash at the site of the implantation. I am puzzled by these deteriorating effects on the 3mg dace. It seems to me that I had better results on doses 1.2 and 1.8. And what to do to get rid of constipation.

To @Tommy: Faster weight loss at the initial stage of weight loss is completely normal. Then we lose mainly water. Fat tissue burns slowly, hence you are currently losing weight more slowly - but the drug still works, because you can still see the effects of therapy. Saxenda controls appetite - it strengthens satiety signals and weakens the hunger signal. In this case, going down to a smaller dose may not be appropriate, as it will increase appetite and may cause a yo-yo effect. To enhance the effect of therapy - you can consider, for example, the implementation of fat-burning preparations. Although these are over-the-counter supplements, it is worth consulting a doctor - especially if you also suffer from hypertension - then this type of means may not be recommended: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/preparaty-spalajace-tluszcz
I have been using Saxenda for 2 months. I increased the dose to 1.8 and since then I have been at 1.8. In the first two weeks, more than 5 kg fell. Currently, the total weight loss is about 7kg (from 100 to 93). I try to move more and I practically do not eat sweets. But there are days when there is a lot of wine or other alcohol. In general, I am satisfied, because for a long time I was not able to withstand hunger with weight reduction tubes. However, I do not know whether to increase it 1.8 or stay on it. I think I'm 3 weeks old and I don't want to go down. The doctor said that many people continue at 1.8 so probably how long I will stay on it. It's also good for your pocket.
I have been using Saxenda for 4 months. With a height of 172 cm, I weighed 97 kg. Now I weigh 75 kg. I accept 1.8 . Sometimes I have diarrhoea and eat a lot less

For @Odchudzacz: The maintenance dose of Saxenda is 3 mg. This dose should be maintained, and in case of poor tolerance, it is recommended to consult a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/88452/saxenda-iniekcja/apteki
I started with a weight of 138, I have been taking the drug for a month and I have lost 10kg but I regularly exercise and eat. I stopped sugar and soda. I just entered the dose of 3mg. I wonder if I should maintain this dose all the time now?
I've only been taking Saxenda for 3 weeks. In 1 week I lost almost 3 kg. At 2 weeks I had to turn on the movement, because I started to gain weight, despite the fact that I ate little and no sweets. For now, I keep these minus 3kg, but it's hard

To @Tommy: Very often side effects such as constipation occur in the first weeks of treatment or when increasing the dose and disappear spontaneously over time. If there is no improvement for another 2 weeks after the dose increase, discontinuation of treatment is considered. In this case, you should go to your doctor. It should be remembered that in case of constipation, first of all, increase the amount of water intake.
And how to deal with constipation? Isn't it skitecnubic that forces the drug to be dehydrated? Homemade natural methods do not help, and drugs against constipation can not be taken constantly.
I had so that first something went down, then at a dose of 3mg stopped and so almost a month and then moved again, in total I already have minus 6kg with a starting weight of 83.6 and taking from 3 and a half months.
