Such a combination should be used with caution. As Pylera and Asertin increase the levels of trazodone in the blood (the active substance in Trittico), the body's reaction should be monitored. If you experience side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, gastrointestinal disorders and dry mouth, sexual dysfunction, chest pain and palpitations, consult your doctor.
