To @Karolina :
The maximum daily dose of escitalopram is 20 mg. In your case, it has been exceeded. Gastrointestinal symptoms may occur, e.g. vomiting, diarrhoea or headache, drowsiness, chest palpitations, muscle tremors. If you notice these types of symptoms or other worrying symptoms, you should consult your doctor urgently.

If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

Hello, I have a question, I take escitalopram 15mg and pregabalin 70mg one tablet each in the morning and in the evening I have to take one tablet of pregalin. I accidentally took 15mg escitalopram in the evening, will something happen to me? Because I got 30mg of escitalopram a day and I'm afraid that something might happen to me

Escitil can be considered a soft tablet. In long-term therapy, it is not recommended to take a dose higher than determined by the doctor. A violent release of serotonin can be pleasant, although it is also associated with its subsequent deficit, which may not be pleasant enough. With a proper diet rich in complex carbohydrates or even simple sugars, I do not recommend exceeding the dose of 15-20mg per day.

The maximum daily dose of escitalopram has not been exceeded, therefore there is no immediate threat to life. However, there may be transient side effects, e.g. excessive drowsiness, a decrease in heart rate, a feeling of palpitations in the chest or concentration disorders. If worrying concerns intensify, then you should consult a doctor.
