Can I apply a new Ginoring disc two days after removing the old one and will the protection be preserved?

Can I apply a new Ginoring disc two days after removing the old one? Will the contraceptive effect then be equally effective? Withdrawal bleeding hasn't occurred yet and I really want it to not occur at all this week.

Yes, you can shorten the withdrawal bleeding break from any number of days. However, this does not give 100% certainty that bleeding will not occur. Contraceptive protection will be maintained. In such cases, it is best to apply a new disc immediately after removing the previous system - then it is more likely that bleeding in this cycle will not occur.
