Can I use Coaxil and Lerivon together?

Good morning. My psychiatrist prescribed me lerivon 15 mg per night and coaxil 3x a day. I read that you should not combine these two drugs because of the antagonistic effect. The doctor still tells you to take these medications. Should I stop taking any of my medications? Is it a secure connection?
