The reaction of the body should be observed. In case of any disturbing symptoms - go to the SOR (Hospital Emergency Department). Taking a 0.5 dose of Nimesil by an 8-year-old child does not pose a direct health risk. Nevertheless, Nimesil can lead to liver damage, so if anything bothers you, it is worth consulting a doctor.
