Can I use a menstrual cup with a Ginoring vaginal disc?
Good morning. Can I use a menstrual cup at the same time while using a contraceptive disc (Ginoring)? This is my first day of using the puck and at the same time the first day of the cycle.

The menstrual cup can only be used during a 7-day break, i.e. when the disc is removed. However, it is not recommended to apply the cup at the time when the vaginal disc is attached.
