Can I take Escitalopram with chemotherapy?

Hello, can Escitalopram Actavis be used during chemotherapy treatment? Is it better to wait after the end of the course and then start taking this drug? How does this medicine work on the liver that is fatty?

This question is best asked to the oncologist who guides you. Perhaps the specialist will decide to discontinue the use of Escitalopram for the duration of chemotherapy. It all depends on the type of chemistry you take and your current test results - so it's best to consult your doctor. As for the treatment of fatty liver - here it is also worth talking to your doctor. Cancer is often a risk factor for the rapid progression of liver fibrosis - hence your poor liver test results - effective cancer treatment can improve liver function, so the implementation of additional therapy is not necessary then.
