Pramolan can affect heart function and blood pressure. Most often, pressure drops are observed at the beginning of treatment, which may (but not always) be associated with a lower pulse. Please measure the pressure and check if it is also understated. However, the situation should improve after a few days, when your body gets used to the drug. Not without significance is also the dose of the drug taken (which the doctor will be able to modify if necessary), other medications taken (there may be some interaction) or previous heart problems (Pramolan should not be used or should be used with caution if the patient has had various disorders of conduction in the heart). If the situation does not pass, please consult a doctor. Side effects of the preparation can also be reported to the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products or the Entity responsible for a given drug.
