Good morning Madam. I would like to mention that I only went to the doctor to get some sleeping medicine. And I got 4 antidepressants, I don't know why. My mistake is that I used all of them. It wasn't medication for sleeping, it was antidepressants for depression, which I never had. It's these drugs that have led to the fact that I have no thinking or memory at all. I don't know what they did to my brain, because after them I have no taste, no taste buds, no sense of smell, no sense of smell at all, no stomach or intestines. I have constant pressure in my sternum. I don't have any nerves at all, I don't have a circadian sleep cycle, I don't feel warm, cold, I don't feel pain, I don't have traffic coordination, I don't have concentration, I don't have focus. I'm a wreck of a man, I can't breathe fully. I have throat breath, which the doctor doesn't believe. The head is constantly pressing on the right side and no one knows what it is. Everyone attributes it to depression. And I didn't have depression, but I was given medication for it, which blew my entire nervous system and biological clock. Now what m to do because it's been going on for 11mc and the nc is not back to normal. And the doctor assured me that everything would come back

To @Mamo:
Thank you for sharing your case. I understand that going through such difficulties, experiencing side effects can be very frustrating and even frightening. The side effects of antidepressants can be diverse and the body's reactions to these types of medications can vary depending on individual factors.
In case of any side effects associated with the medications prescribed by the doctor, it is recommended to consult the doctor in order to starve the occurrence of side effects. By reporting side effects, you help other patients, including your relatives, who may also need the same medication in the future. This step also allows us to gather more information on the safety of medicinal products and to keep their data up to date. I encourage you to report an adverse reaction if you haven't already done so:

If you are concerned that you have experienced serious side effects from the medications you are taking, it is important to consult a psychiatrist or mental health professional for further help and an assessment of your current condition.
It is important to surround yourself with support during such a difficult time. Treatment of difficulties in the area of psychological functioning only with the use of pharmacological agents carries the risk of intensification of symptoms after discontinuation of medication and shortly thereafter. If you have not undergone psychotherapy (apart from taking medication), I encourage you to make an appointment for a consultation with an appropriate specialist. If you do not have the possibility of an in-person visit, I encourage you to take advantage of the teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
Good morning. I wanted to share my story. How antidepressants ruined my life. My story starts with this xe I couldn't sleep for 2 weeks. In this case, I went to my family doctor for sleeping pills, I was given ketrel, which I used for a week. And after which I didn't sleep. So I went to the doctor again and got a linefor. After a week of using the pills, I couldn't sleep. Then the doctor sent me to a psychiatrist. There I informed the doctor that I couldn't sleep and that I was nervous, I was given trazodone, pregabalin, dulsevie and zomiren. Medication for depression I didn't have. He only had insomnia. I used the medication as prescribed by the doctor and it happened that after 5 days of taking the pills, the taste, smell, appetite. A strange buzzing in the head began, first at the base of the skull and then higher. Then I called the doctor and informed her about the side effects, she told me to take medication, still saying that the body takes 2 weeks to get used to. And in my case it happened that after 2 weeks I vomited these drugs. For the next 2 weeks I didn't take anything. I don't know if I didn't have a withdrawal effect because I had bright flashes, sweating, currents all over my body. After these 2 weeks I went to another doctor who prescribed me other tablets of the agent spamilan mirtagen. I took them systematically until I got hyperventilation during the night. After a week. From that, my fingers and toes started twisting and I got a strange choking cough. I ended up in the hospital, where I was constantly stuffed with other medications, first I was given pills that made me fall over, then they changed to other pills, after which I had joint stiffness, and again a change. The medication made me anxious and nervous, and I was constantly pacing the hallway. I would like to mention that before taking any pills I only had a lack of sleep. The pills have damaged my central nervous system and sympathetic system, which is responsible for taste, smell, and appetite, which I don't have at all. It made my breath shallow, caused a lack of thinking, memory. I don't have nerves at all, such as a normal person has that shakes him. I don't feel the heat, the cold, the pain, I don't feel hunger at all. If anyone knows what antidepressants could damage the brain with, please let me know.
Good morning.

SSRI - czyli selektywne inhibitory wychwytu zwrotnego serotoniny to grupa leków przeciwdepresyjnych, stosowanych m.in. w leczeniu depresji, nerwicy natręctw czy fobii społecznej.
