Can I take Propranolol temporarily when taking Concor Cor?

Hello, I take daily on tachycardia concor 2.5. I would like to ask if on days of increased stress, when the heart additionally accelerates, I can take propranolol 10mg temporarily? Aren't these drugs interacting in some way? Regards :)

Such a combination carries a high risk of overdose, which leads m.in to bradycardia, hypotension, AV block, heart failure, bronchospasm, hypoglycemia, disorders of consciousness. Please consult a doctor, perhaps a specialist will recommend another - a more safe way of treatment.
