With your epilepsy drug, there is an interaction between Trileptal and Alprox - the concentration of alprazolam (the main component of Alprox) in the blood decreases, so it is possible to reduce its sedative effect. However, it is worth noting the strong interaction between Cital and Trileptal - there is a risk of developing arrhythmias. Benzodiazepine drugs, to which Alprox (the active substance alprazolam) belongs, cause quite rapid addictions, so it is recommended to use this drug for a maximum of 6-8 weeks (including the period of gradual discontinuation of the drug). For 4 days, addiction should not yet develop, but the drug should be used for as short a time as possible. All medications are prescription and should be used after consulting your doctor. If they have been prescribed by different doctors, they should be informed about all the medicines they are taking.
