Has such a combination been ordered by a doctor? As a rule, the use of both drugs at the same time is not indicated, due to the risk of seizures and serotonin syndrome as well as the severity of sedation. If both drugs have been prescribed by the same doctor, please strictly follow the dosage regimen and keep an interval of at least 8-10 hours between medications. If you want to use any of the drugs on your own - I strongly advise against it.
