Enterol contains living cells that develop at a temperature of 37°C. Therefore, the limitation when it comes to combining Enterol with food is the prohibition of mixing it with too hot (over 50°C) or cold liquids, foods and alcohol, due to the possibility of destroying the yeast cell. The manufacturer of Enterol does not make any recommendations when it comes to the time of day or taking on an empty stomach or with food. It can be combined and even mixed with foods (except those indicated above). For my part, I can suggest taking a probiotic like Enterol after dinner, because it appeals to me to explain that during the night intestinal peristalsis slows down, and so microbes may have more time to populate the intestinal environment.
