Can Biofenac and Skudexa be used at the same time?
Can I use Biofenac and Skudexa together? I have inflammation of the shoulder and initially the doctor prescribed me Skudex. The pain decreased and I got Biofenac, but at night it is very weak and the pain returns which makes it impossible to sleep. Can I take Skudex at night and Biofenac during the day? I took the Biofenac tablet at 11 p.m., and from 3 the pain returned so annoying that it was impossible to sleep. Is it a mistake that I will take Skudex?

The simultaneous use of 2 drugs from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), e.g. Biofenac and Skudexa, increases the risk of side effects, mainly in the form of mucosal damage and gastrointestinal bleeding. Replacing Biofenac with Skudexa, if both medicines have been prescribed by your doctor, is considered safe. In case of nagging pain, skudexa can be used a few hours after taking Biofenac. Please note, however, that therapy with Skudexa, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, should not last longer than 5 days.
