Do cleansing diets make sense?

Hello :-) I wanted to ask about cleansing treatments, do they make sense? Are they safe, healthy, effective? Recently, I started such a treatment where for 5 days you drink 1 liter of apple juice every day and before lunch a tablespoon of linseed oil with tomato juice. I stopped it because it was too strong laxative. Is it safe? And do such treatments make sense? This one was supposed to be to clean the gallbladder.

I think that this question would be best answered by a specialist in the field of dietetics. In my opinion, eating 1 liter of apple juice can, for example, raise blood sugar levels, maybe it is worth changing the juice, e.g. for whole fruits - and consume, for example, 1-2 apples a day - then the diet will be enriched m.in with dietary fiber. Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to refer to the issue of the safety of such several-day laxative diets. In my opinion, it is worth taking care of a proper diet every day, rather than from time to time condemn yourself to diarrhea. Perhaps more effective will be, for example, herbal teas m.in based on horsetail, nettle, tricolor violet, purge.
