For @Karolina: The combination of mirtazapine and chamomile is safe, does not lead to clinically significant interactions. In addition, the results of published studies show that chamomile can have a beneficial effect on the digestive system and reduce stress, which may "support" the action of mirtazapine.
Kasia thank you for your reply. I wanted to ask something else. I have been drinking chamomile for a week, it helps me with the irritable intestine. Does it interfere with mirzaten?

Ashwagandha (Sluggish Greeting, Indian Ginseng) belongs to adaptogens that do not persist for a long time in the body. I suggest taking a few days break (about 2-3) between stopping Vitania lethargic and starting therapy with Mirzaten.
