Is it possible to combine the drugs Propranolol and Olmedine?

Good morning. Can I take propranolol 40 mg together with olmedine 40 mg/10mg (olmesartan medoxomil/amlodipine)?

There are no contraindications to the use of Propranolol and Olmedine together, however, propranolol may increase the blood pressure and heart rate lowering effect of amlodipine (one of the active ingredients of Olmedine), therefore - especially at the beginning of therapy - side effects such as headaches and dizziness, fainting and changes in heart rate or heartbeat may occur. If these symptoms persist, tell your doctor. It is also worth regularly checking the pressure.
