Vaginal discharge should not have an unpleasant odor. In a healthy person, it is simply neutral, possibly slightly acidic. The discharge itself should be transparent or whitish. If you feel the unpleasant smell of vaginal discharge, I would suggest consulting a gynecologist whether the infection has actually been comprehensively cured. After intimate infections, the use of gynecological probiotics is often proposed prophylaxis.
