Are spotting and lower abdominal pain in the first days of contraceptive use a reason to visit a doctor?

Good morning. A week ago I started taking Laverette tablets (8 tablets today). After the end of the period, there is still a slight spotting in addition, I have a slight pain in the lower abdomen that radiates to the groin area. Should this be a reason to see a doctor ??? Are there any medications for this to relieve ??? I'm 45 years old if it matters. Please advise.

On the subject of spotting in the first months of taking hormonal contraception, I wrote in detail here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/app/opinie-i-pytania/42078/vines-czy-to-normalne-ze-bol-piersi-nasila-sie-przed-krwawieniem-z-odstawienia For lower abdominal pain accompanying spotting, you can take traditional analgesics and diastolic drugs, e.g. such as during menstrual pains: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/bole-menstruacyjne
