It is recommended to avoid alcohol or limit its consumption while taking Tamispras. Drinking alcohol during treatment with tamsulosin (the active ingredient in Tamispras) may lower your blood pressure, which may cause dizziness or fainting, especially when standing up from a sitting or lying position. This is more likely at the beginning of treatment. In addition, after drinking alcohol, redness, a feeling of warmth or tingling may appear.
