Is it possible to take Ashwagandha while using Parogen and Zomiren?

It is not recommended to use dietary supplements with Ashwagandha when taking antidepressants and anxiolytics, such as Parogen and Zomiren. Indian ginseng can enhance the effects of these drugs, and in combination with those that, like paroxetine (Parogen), affect the concentration of serotonin in the brain, even contribute to the onset of serotonin syndrome.
