Chest pains can be one of the symptoms accompanying COVID-19, but to be sure that they do not have any disturbing causes in the circulatory system, it is worth talking about it with your family doctor, e.g. by phone: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/jak-telefoniczne-otrzymac-recepte-i-zwolnienie-lekarskie It may be advisable to perform an ECG. Please measure your blood pressure 2-3 times a day and write down the results in a diary so that in case of consultation - you can present them to the doctor. Once every 2-3 hours, you should also control saturation with a pulse oximeter that you can order, e.g. in an online pharmacy with home shipping: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/pulsoksymetry Saturation should not fall below 95%. In the case of COVID-19, the patient's health can deteriorate at any stage - so it is difficult for me to give assurance that nothing bad will happen anymore - sometimes there is an exacerbation of the disease after the initial alleviation. Even with a mild course of the disease, a sudden deterioration can happen. You should monitor your health and stay in touch with your doctor.
