How to change the time of application of the vaginal disc?

I would like to change the day and time of changing the contraceptive disc from Sunday at 20:00 to Monday at 8:00. How to do it correctly? Gradually?

Changing the time of using the contraceptive vaginal disc can be done in several ways. Below I present the proposed methods based on the leaflet of the drug Ginoring. In case you have questions about another disc (which is not the equivalent of Ginoring), I encourage you to continue in this thread. I give a link to the substitutes for Ginoring: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96195/ginoring-przyrzad/zamienniki One of them is to gradually move the time of using the disc with a maximum interval of 3 hours (i.e. first shift to 23, then to 2, then to 5 o'clock and then to 8). You can change the hour once, but then you should use an additional method of contraception for 7 days before the change and for 7 days after the change. Another way is to postpone the bleeding date by using another disc (without interruption) and removing it on Monday at 8 o'clock. Then you can take a 7-day break and use the drug at 8 o'clock. More is described in the leaflet of the preparation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96195/ginoring-przyrzad/ulotka/244491 We wrote about how to use contraception correctly in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
