Can Telmizek and Co-Prestarium cause a sore throat?
Hi, I'm 60 years old for months I took temilzek. After 2 months my throat began to hurt strangely, I had clogged sinuses and dry cough. After 3 weeks I came to the conclusion that it was from a drug for hypertension. The doctor changed my medicine for which prestarium also strangely hurts my throat. Is it possible for the throat to hurt from these drugs

I take IPAM powders, they also contain the composition of prestarium. I also have pharyngitis and a persistent cough, which usually appears when I lie down, and in the morning and in the evening I have vomiting reflexes.

It is possible that during therapy with telmizek a sore throat appeared. This is one of the side effects that this preparation can cause. In the case of Co-Prestarium, no such side effects have been reported so far, which does not mean that they cannot occur. Sore throat may result, for example, from dryness of the oral mucosa, which is caused by this preparation. Please note that side effects of medicines should be reported to your doctor or individually. By reporting side effects, you help other patients, including your loved ones, who may also need the same medicine one day. This step also allows you to gather more information on the safety of medicinal products and update data on them.
