Good morning, I wanted to buy the drug Menopur in Poland with a German prescription with all the required data. The pharmacist informed me on the phone that they were not fulfilling German prescriptions. Can a pharmacy in Poland refuse to fulfill such a prescription?

If the prescription is properly issued, has all the elements required by Polish law, does not raise suspicions as to originality and authenticity - then there are no grounds for refusing to implement such a document by the pharmacy.
