How long can it take to rebuild the endometrium to get pregnant?

Good morning. A month ago I stopped taking antidepressants and antidrugs (paroxinor, existent). Recently, on an ultrasound examination, it turned out that my endometrium is 4.5. Referral for the study was caused by long cycles or bleeding, e.g. 14 days and after a few days the next ones. I got a prescription for microgynon 21. Could these drugs have affected the shallowness of this tissue? How long can it take to rebuild the endometrium, allowing you to get pregnant?

The drugs Paroxinor and Existent have an effect on both the menstrual cycle and the bleeding that occurs. Therefore, their effect on the endometrium cannot be somewhat excluded, although detailed cases are not described in the Characteristics of these drugs. The question of how long it may take to rebuild the endometrium, allowing you to get pregnant, can be answered by your gynecologist. This is not the scope of competence of the pharmacist - we can help in the field of medicines, but please direct pregnancy questions to the doctor.
