Hi I have a question. For some time I have been taking drugs Tritico 300mg, Pramolan 150, Chloroprotrixen 150 (this is to reduce half a tablet every 5 days) and Exista 600mg, Finlepsin 400 the doctor additionally recommended me to take Citabax) 10mg 10days then 20mg) is the combination of citabax and tritico in such circumstances safe? I will only add that I am fresh from benzodiazepine rehab which odes I endure very badly.

The combination of Citabax and Trittico can be life-threatening. Trittico increases the levels of citalopram (the active substance in Citabax) in the blood, which can lead to heart rhythm disturbances and symptoms of serotonin syndrome.
