Could I take vitamins if I use Tetralysal 300mg?
I am on tetralysal therapy 300 mg. Will there be negative effects as I took vitamin b12 for five days after one tablet. I also take vitamin a + e, zinc, vitamin d3.

Yes, these drugs can be combined with each other. There are no clinically relevant interactions between them.

No, the use of tetralysal does not exclude the possibility of taking B vitamins, vitamin D or vitamin A + E, you have no reason to worry.
