As we explained in the following post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/65396/castagnus-czy-castagnus-wplywa-na-skutecznosc-tabletek-antykoncepcyjnych there have been cases of pregnancy in patients who used a combination of immaculate preparation and contraceptives based solely on progestogen. Although these cases have been described for contraceptive pills, and you wear a spiral with progestin - I would suggest - for safety - to additionally protect yourself for the time of taking Castagnus.
