Is amenorrhea after Endofemine normal?

Hello, I have been using medication since November Endofemine (contains a hormone, progestin called dienogest) according to the FLO calendar menstruation is late for me 23 days. After such a time, should the tests show a positive result? Did any of the moms have that? Apparently it is normal amenorrhea after these pills but my ovaries hurt as for menstruation negative tests and a few (done every week for 7 weeks) Possible that the tests were wrong? I've also been through covid I don't know if it has any effect either. The doctor still threatens that the tests lie.

For my peace of mind I did a beta HCG result of 0.5 or no pregnancy after 34 days of late menstruation would already be something. I already know 100% that these pills have such an effect on menstruation.

You will find questions, opinions and answers about Endofemine at the following link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/100340/endofemine-tabletki/pytania Most women treated with Endofemine experience changes in the menstrual bleeding profile such as spotting, irregular bleeding, or menstruation may not occur at all: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Tests for home use are reliable according to the manufacturer's declaration. For example, "On the basis of clinical and laboratory studies carried out, it was found that the reliability of the pregnancy test is 99%". Or "more than 99% accurate" or "accuracy over 99.9%". So there is a very small margin of error. In addition, if more than 14 days have passed since intercourse that could lead to pregnancy and a woman has performed several such tests, then it is very unlikely that none of them will detect pregnancy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic It is difficult for me to answer why the doctor "scares" that the tests lie. Erroneous results happen mainly as a result of premature or incorrect performance of the test. The gynecologist has the opportunity to perform an ultrasound and on this basis can simply determine the pregnancy or exclude it.
