I would like to know if the tinnitus after Pralex will subside?

Hello. I started using pralex at a dose of 5mg for 5 days and then 10 mg. From the beginning, nausea and dizziness appeared in me and my tinnitus intensified. The hype is such that I can't sleep through the night. I wanted to know if the noise will subside?

It is not possible to estimate in advance whether the noise after taking Pralex will subside. At most, you can draw a probable course of the situation based on the observation of the course of side effects that have appeared in other patients - such information can be provided to you by a psychiatrist to whom patients report side effects. As I mentioned - it will always be a probability, because there are no tools to estimate whether a given adverse reaction in your case will pass and possibly when. Please note that side effects of medicines should be reported to your doctor or individually. By reporting side effects, you help other patients, including your loved ones, who may also need the same medicine one day. This step also allows you to gather more information on the safety of medicinal products and update data on them. We wrote about how to do this here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
